Hello everyone and sorry for the 'absence of the last days!
back just to say goodbye before leaving for vacation, leaving you with a simple but delicious appetizer .......... mussels au gratin!
Take the mussels, rinse well and open them. Chop garlic and parsley and
Pour some on each mussel.
Then aggungete breadcrumbs, olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes!
