donuts fried flavored yogurt cake

Hello dear friends, today, for a change, time is not the best: it is gray, cold and soon will start to rain .... ..... Ingredients:




500 g flour 2 eggs 1

Cinnamon, apples and chocolate

searched the web a cake with apples and bits of dark chocolate and I found it very interesting to trick ............. I just missed the ricotta el 'I replaced it with a jar and 1 / 2 yogurt with honey and royal jelly and I must say that this cake was a fabulous discovery!





Ingredients:

150 g cheese (I used yogurt with honey and royal jelly)

2 tablespoons milk 1 large egg
130 gr sugar 180 gr flour
gray (I used the normal one)
½ bustina di lievito
60 gr di gocce di cioccolato (ho utilizzato cioccolato fondente a pezzettini)
2 mele tagliate a cubetti



Procedimento:

Setacciare la ricotta e mescolarla con l’uovo, lo zucchero ed il latte. Unire la farina setacciata con il lievito, i pezzetti di cioccolato e i cubetti di mele. Versare il composto in uno stampo da plum-cake imburrato ed infarinato, spolverizzare la superficie di zucchero ed infornare a 180° per una quarantina di minuti.
