Portable Shampoo Sink Ontario
few weeks ago I went to Pienza in Tuscany and I have eaten fabulous sheep, accompanied by jam and honey .........
Back home with my beautiful booty of various sheep, I immediately started looking for a good recipe for onion marmalade to accompany these fabulous pecorino and I really liked what I found on Saffron Yellow ............ I then put down '... by changing the recipe a bit.
Ingredients: 1 kg
red onion 300 g brown sugar 250 g caster sugar
2 cloves 1 cup white wine 1 small glass of cognac
procedure.
Peel and wash the onions, pat dry and slice them in subtle ways.
Place sliced \u200b\u200bonions in a bowl and add the two types of sugar, cloves, wine and cognac. Mix bene e lasciate macerare per almeno 6 ore gli ingredienti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
Trascorso il tempo necessario, ponete gli ingredienti in una pentola e fate bollire a fuoco basso per il tempo necessario affinchè il tutto si addensi, circa 30-35 minuti.
Poi spegnete il fuoco, invasate la marmellata, chiudete i vasetti e capovolgeteli fino a raffreddamento.
